How to Order Documents From the Action Center Queue

Navigate to the Queue in the blue navigation menu on the left side of the screen. Depending on your workflow settings, you may have to opt-in or opt-out of ordering a document.

To select how to proceed with a document, hover over the document in the Queue and click on the green three dot menu that appears to the right of the View button. From there you can Approve, Snooze, or Cancel.

Helpful Hint: The Filters button on the right side of the screen can be extremely helpful if you want to see only those documents that require your approval. Under Processing Type, select Opt-in.

If you would like to see more details about the project, customer, or document, you can click View. You can also Approve, Snooze, or Cancel documents from this slide-out view.

If you click Snooze, you can set a custom amount of time for a reminder.

If you select to Approve a document, follow the steps of ordering the document and confirming which contacts will receive a copy.

Go to the Documents tab in the blue navigation bar to track the order status of your approved documents.
