Persons or companies furnishing labor or materials for the improvement of real property may enforce a lien upon the improved property if they are not paid for their contributions, even if the parties have no direct contractual relationship with the owner.
The undersigned, above-identified as PRINCIPAL CONTRACTOR, for the construction now being performed on the above-identified PROPERTY, advises you of ITS intent to use the following subcontractors or suppliers of labor or materials in the performance of the work above-described as SCOPE OF WORK:
You are advised that such subcontractor or supplier may have lien rights if not paid for their labor or material used on this site.
