After ordering a document, click on Documents in the navigation menu on the left side of the screen to track your order.
This will bring you to a list of document orders that have been placed in your Levelset account.
Helpful Hint: This will only show a list of orders associated with Active projects. Any orders associated with Archived projects (projects that were marked as paid) are still accessible by Filtering the page to see projects with Project Status: Archived.
You can customize the columns you see on your Documents page, and we recommend selecting “Document Status” as one of your table columns. How to interpret your Document Status:

|New||Order was recently placed. We are processing the order and researching your document (If included in your subscription).||No|
|Alert Pending||Our research team has contacted you according to your research preferences. Order processing is paused. To resume order processing, please resolve the Document Alert ASAP.||Yes|
|Alert Solved||You resolved the Document Alert and order processing has resumed.||No|
|Notice Sent||Your order has been sent to our mailing partner and will be mailed shortly.||No|
|Completed||Our mailing partner has mailed the document through USPS. You can now retrieve the mail tracking number from the document page.||No|
|Cancelled||You can cancel orders by contacting our support team. We are able to cancel your order up until the status changes to Notice Sent.||Yes|
To get mail tracking information and PDF copies of the mailed documents, click the View button to open a slide-out with mail tracking information and a preview of the final document. You can click the mail tracking number to be redirected to the USPS tracking page.
Helpful Hint: If you click View All Document Details in the top right, and scroll down to the bottom of the screen, you can view all of the files associated to the project. This includes mailed copies, mailing affidavits, and research sources like property reports.
If you need to see all orders placed on one project, the easiest way to do so is by searching for the project in the search bar at the top of the page, pulling up the full project summary page, and clicking the Documents tab at the top.
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within your Levelset account so long as the document has not been mailed yet (order status cannot be “Completed”). Click the Cancel Order button in the top right corner of the document tracking page. Select a cancellation reason then click Save.
