Track status of your escalation document

Send Escalation Docs

After ordering a document, click on Documents in the blue navigation menu on the left side of the screen to track your order.

This will bring you to a list of orders that have been placed in zlien.

Helpful Hint: This will only show a list of orders associated with Active projects. Any orders associated with Archived projects (projects that were marked as paid) will still be accessible by Filtering the page to see projects with Project Status: Archived.

You can customize the columns you see on your Documents page, and we recommend selecting “Document Status” as one of your table columns. How to interpret your Document Status:

Helpful Hint: If you click View All Document Details in the top right, and scroll down to the bottom of the screen, you can view all of the files associated to the project. This includes mailed copies, mailing affidavits, and research sources like property reports.

If you need to see all orders placed on one project, the easiest way to do so is by searching for the project in the search bar at the top of the page, pulling up the full Project Summary Page, and clicking the Documents tab.
