contractor did a job that he charged my wife for used material and she wants him to correct nd he said no. so she is holding last payment. Contractor said he was going to put lien on her house

Once an Oklahoma mechanics lien is filed, the lien claimant must file a lien enforcement action within 1 year of the lien filing - otherwise, their mechanics lien will expire. Further, it's worth noting that a contractor must first file their lien within 4 months from their last furnishing of labor and/or materials.
