Notice of Lien Rights

Contractors must provide property owners with a “Notice of Lien Rights” if (1) Renovation or repair work is being performed on a single family residence actually occupied by the property owner; and (2) You contract with that owner.

The Residential Truth and Construction Act requires that the Notice of Lien Rights be delivered to the owner “for such owner’s…signature.”  We send the notice and request a signature from the owner, but cannot guarantee the owner will sign.
