	Must serve a "Notice of Furnishing" upon the prime contractor withing 21 days of first furnishing labor and/or materials to the project.	Within 90 days from completion of the contract by the prime contractor, the claimant must furnish bond claim - called a Statement of Amount Due - to the surety. Lawsuit to enforce the claim must be brought no earlier than 60 days after making the initial claim, but no later than 1 year from the date of acceptance of the public improvement.
