	Must send preliminary notice to the prime contractor within 30 days of first furnishing labor and/or material to a project.	Bond claim must be filed within 30 days after completion and final acceptance of the project. Lawsuit enforcing said claim must be filed at any time after the expiration of 30 days, and not later than 60 days, following the completion and final acceptance of the public improvement.
