Zlien will research public records on the property where you furnished labor or materials to acquire the record property owner and the property’s legal property description – both required for your mechanic’s lien filing (and many notices!)

Step 3: We File, Serve & Track Your Document

Our proprietary software prepares the applicable mechanic lien form, and our staff works to have your document electronically filed (where available) or recorded by courier or delivery. Zlien staff also arranges for service of your document, and tracks the status of the filing for you.
