Oops – Mistake Interrupts Zlien Service For Few Hours

On October 27, 2010 Author By Scott Wolfe Jr

This is a short announcement to apologize for an interruption in service to the Zlien website and the LienPilot.    The interruption should have lasted between 6-10 hours, and occurred mostly overnight.    However, because of the time it takes for DNS changes to take effect around the globe, some folks may still be experiencing an outage at the time of this post.

DNS changes, you ask?

The answer is yes, but not on purpose.   This was a real useless mistake on my part, as I was making some DNS changes to various domains we own last night.   I didn’t intend to make any changes to the Zlien domains, but apparently did.

All is right again with the DNS, and I really apologize for the inconvenience and trouble.   If you continue to experience problems with the site, please contact us at mail@zlien.com.
