Its Jennifer Smiley

As a recent (I still like to call it) graduate of the latest football Champions, The University of Alabama, I rushed home to work for the mighty “Express Lien, Inc.,” in its infancy. In fact, I began filing the liens by sending handwritten envelopes to each county.  Internally, I would file a copy of every lien in a plain and simple manila folder organized by a Post-it.  I am still here, years later, helping clients nation­-wide Get Paid.

Aside from work, activities I participate in include caring for my first-­born, Jude, who is just over one year. I enjoy taking him for stroller rides, going to the zoo and children’s museum. I actually spend more than what seems like all of my time with him.  We are always on new adventures together.  When I am not consumed by caring for him, you can find me at the grocery store searching for ingredients for new recipes.  I have been interested in cooking ever since I’ve fallen in love with working out.  I attend multiple workout classes per week like BOSU, pure barre, and pilates.

I have been married for over two years to a southern gentleman named Seth Smiley who runs a local firm, Wolfe Law Group, LLC, in New Orleans, Louisiana. He and I enjoy fancy dinners at local restaurants and outings with friends around our Uptown neighborhood. We both love to travel, especially to the West Coast.

I am a coffee fanatic.  I need iced-­mochas accompanied by Portland’s finest beans, Stumptown, to start each of my mornings. I can be easily spotted in New Orleans coffee shops purchasing my morning cup of java. Considering all of the foregoing, I get my biggest thrill of life by providing to my baby, husband and clients of zlien – everyday!
