Here at Zlien we like to always have open communication between every team member and client. After attending the Rockerfeller seminar a few weeks ago, we decided it would be a good idea to adopt the daily huddle, which had been introduced, into our work schedule. This huddle gets everyone together through video conferencing and we are then able to “huddle” ideas, tasks and road blocks amongst one another. This actually happens everyday at 11:07am c.s.t.
Scott leads the discussion and we all chime in with our daily to-dos. It is a great opportunity to get together and create motivation in the company. We are seeing a lot of improvements and added value to the company since huddling has been implemented into our daily schedule.
