Zlien is a licensed “Legal Document Preparation” company in the State of California, registered with Los Angeles County with registration number LDA-352, renewal due 5/31/2012. A legal document preparer, unlike an attorney, is a non-lawyer who assists with the preparation of legal documents. The services are performed at your specific direction. To maintain a LDA license, Zlien must register with the state, maintain a bond with the state to protect its clients, and meet certain qualifications to ensure its competence to perform LDA tasks.
