While Zlien also has a presence in California and Washington, the bulk of our operations are performed in our home state of Louisiana, and in the great city of New Orleans…the Big Easy!  We have a great office in the Uptown area on Prytania Street, which is just two or three miles from the historic French Quarter.

Zlien is an authorized eRecorder in over 300 counties across the United States, allowing us (from New Orleans) to file a mechanic’s lien in a matter of hours almost anywhere. In those counties or states that don’t yet have electronic mechanic lien recording, Zlien deliveries documents by FedEx or has arrangements with legal couriers in all areas.

From our operations center in New Orleans, we can have your mechanics lien filed within 1 business day in any county across the United States (available with rush service).  No Exceptions!
